Avaya technicians use the EASG site certificate when they do not have access to the Avaya network to generate responses. The technicians use the EASG site manager tool to generate the EASG site certificate. After the technician successfully generates the EASG site certificate, the technician sends the certificate to the customer with instructions on how to install the site certificate.
