Field or Button Description
Applications Enables you to manage speech applications deployed on the Avaya Experience Portal system.
The options are:
  • Add Application: Add a new speech application to the system.

  • Change Application: Change an existing speech application.

  • Delete Application: Delete an existing speech application.

  • Change Launch Order: Specify the priority of the applications. Avaya Experience Portal uses this priority to launch appropriate application when an incoming call could be handled by one or more applications.

  • Change Configurable Variables: Configure the runtime variables of a Dialog Designer, VXML, and CCXML/VXML applications.

  • Change Managed Application: Change an existing managed application.

  • Change Privacy Settings: Change privacy settings for applications in the Privacy Settings page in EPM.

  • Change Transcription Privacy: Change the settings for DTMF Data, Prompt Data, TTS Data, and Speech Data fields on the applications web page.

  • Change Requested SIP Calls: Change the number of SIP calls requested.

EPM Servers Enables you to configure the EPM servers on this Avaya Experience Portal system.
The options are:
  • Add EPM Server: Add an auxiliary EPM server to a Avaya Experience Portal system.

  • Change EPM Server: Change an existing auxiliary EPM server.

  • Delete EPM Server: Deletes an existing auxiliary EPM server.

  • Add Event Handler: Add the VoiceXML and CCXML event handlers available to all MPPs on the Avaya Experience Portal system.

  • Delete Event Handler: Delete the VoiceXML and CCXML event handlers available to all MPPs on the Avaya Experience Portal system.

  • Change Default Event Handler: Change the default CCXML and VoiceXML event handler for Avaya Experience Portal to use if an application encounters a problem and no specific event handler has been associated with that application.

  • Change EPM Settings: Set the options that affect both the primary EPM server as well as the optional auxiliary EPM server.

  • Change Report Database Settings: Change the report database settings to join local or external database.

  • Change Syslog Settings: Change the settings on the Syslog Settings page in EPM.

  • Change Report Data Configuration: Enables you to configure how often the EPM collects report data from each MPP, and how long the EPM keeps the report data in the Avaya Experience Portal database.

  • Change Alarm Codes: Change the alarm code settings.

  • Change Delivery Settings: Change the alarm delivery settings.

  • Alarm/Log Options: Enables you to manage the retention period for alarm and log records as well as the maximum number of report pages Avaya Experience Portal generates before it displays the first page of the report to the user.

  • Change Log/Alarm/Trace Settings: Change the retention period for alarm and log records.

  • Change Audit Log Settings: Change the retention period for audit log records and purge the retired alarms.

  • Change Privacy Settings: Change privacy settings for the EPM servers in the Privacy Settings page in EPM.

MPP Servers Enables you to manage the Media Processing Platform (MPP) servers currently administered on the Avaya Experience Portal system.
The options are:
  • Add MPP Server: Add a new Media Processing Platform (MPP) to the Avaya Experience Portal system.

  • Change MPP Server: Change an existing Media Processing Platform (MPP).

  • Delete MPP Server: Delete an existing Media Processing Platform (MPP).

  • Change MPP Settings: Configure parameters that affect all MPPs.

  • Change AVB Settings: Configure the Avaya Voice Browser (AVB) options that affect all MPPs in the Avaya Experience Portal system.

  • Change Video Settings: Configure system parameters that affect video.

  • Change VoIP Settings: Configure or change the Voice over IP (VoIP) settings on your Avaya Experience Portal system.

SNMP Enables you to manage the SNMP trap configurations already administered on the Avaya Experience Portal system and to access the SNMP Agent settings.
The options are:
  • Change SNMP Trap Configuration: Change an existing Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) trap.

  • Change Device Notification Settings: Configure how SNMP notifications will be sent on the Avaya Experience Portal system.

  • Change SNMP Agent Settings: Configure the SNMP agent settings for the Avaya Experience Portal system.

Speech Servers Enables you to manage Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) speech servers that Avaya Experience Portal communicates with.
The Options are:
  • Add ASR Server: Add a new Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) server to the Avaya Experience Portal system.

  • Change ASR Server: Change an existing Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) server.

  • Delete ASR Server: Delete an existing Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) server.

  • Change Custom Languages: Change the custom languages configured for an Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) server.

  • Add TTS Server: Add a new Text-to-Speech (TTS) server to Avaya Experience Portal system.

  • Change TTS Server: Change an existing Text-to-Speech (TTS) server.

  • Delete TTS Server: Delete an existing Text-to-Speech (TTS) server.

  • Change Custom Voices: Change the custom voices configured for an existing Text-to-Speech (TTS) server.

VoIP Connections Enables you to manage Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) servers that Avaya Experience Portal communicates with.
The options are:
  • Add H.323 Connection: Add a new H.323 connection to the system.

  • Change H.323 Connection: Change an existing H.323 connection.

  • Delete H.323 Connection: Delete an existing H.323 connection.

  • Add SIP Connection: Add a new SIP connection to the system.

  • Change SIP Connection: Change an existing SIP connection.

  • Delete SIP Connection: Delete an existing SIP connection.

Zones Enables you to add and configure zones in the Avaya Experience Portal system.

The options are:

  • Add Zone: Add a new zone to the system.

  • Change Zone: Change an existing zone.

  • Delete Zone: Delete an existing zone.
