|
Enables you to configure the EPM servers on this Avaya Experience Portal system.
The options are:
Add
EPM Server: Add an auxiliary EPM server to a Avaya Experience Portal system.
Change
EPM Server: Change an existing auxiliary EPM server.
Delete
EPM Server: Deletes an existing auxiliary EPM server.
Add Event Handler: Add the VoiceXML
and CCXML event handlers available to all MPPs on the Avaya Experience Portal system.
Delete Event Handler: Delete the VoiceXML
and CCXML event handlers available to all MPPs on the Avaya Experience Portal system.
Change Default Event Handler: Change
the default CCXML and VoiceXML event handler for Avaya Experience Portal to use if an application encounters a problem and no specific
event handler has been associated with that application.

EPM Settings: Set the options that affect both the primary EPM server as well as the optional auxiliary EPM server.

Report Database Settings: Change the report database settings
to join local or external database.
