Application Server
|
Enables you to start and stop the application server co-resident
with the primary Experience Portal Manager (EPM).
The options are:
Start/Stop: Start or stop the application server and all applications available
on the application server.
Manage
Applications: Use the Tomcat Manager web page to deploy,
undeploy, start and stop applications on the application server.

EPM Manager
|
Change the operational state and mode of the EPMs running on your Avaya Experience Portal system.
The options are:
Change
Restart Settings: Change restart settings to restart or
reboot one server at a time or all selected servers at the same time.
Start/Stop: Start or stop the selected EPM.
Restart: Restart the EPM software without shutting down the server machine.
After the EPM stops, it starts again automatically, and the EPM is made ready to take calls again.
Reboot: Reboot the EPMserver machine. The EPM server machine is shut down and restarts automatically
to make the EPM ready to take calls again.
Halt: Halt the EPMand turn off the server machine on which the EPM is running.
Cancel: Stop the upgrade for the selected EPM s. It allows an ongoing download or upgrade process
to complete before cancelling the upgrade command.
Online/Offline: Change the operational mode of the EPMto make the EPM available to handle normal call traffic (Online) or
make the EPM unavailable to handle any calls and is not polled
by the EPM server (Offline).
Standby: Put the EPM server in the Standby operational mode.
Test: Make the EPM available to handle calls made to one of the defined
H.323 maintenance stations.

MPP Manager
|
Change the operational state and mode of the MPPs running on your Avaya Experience Portal system.
The options are:
Change

Restart: Restart the MPP software without shutting down the server machine.
After the MPP stops, it starts again automatically, and the MPP is

Software Upgrade
|
Upgrade the software version of the MPPs running on your Avaya Experience Portal system.

System Backup
|
Enables you to backup all configuration data, critical system data
residing in the local and external database. You can also configure
the directories to be backed-up as well as the location (mount point).
The options are:
Backup
Server: Configure the backup servers, mount point and
the authentication information to connect and mount the backup server.
Backup
Scheduler: Schedule the backup operation to run on a periodic
or one time basis.
Custom
Properties: Configure user components for the backup operation.
On-Demand
Backup: Initiate the on-demand backup for the specified
components on the configured server.
