If an application encounters a problem and no specific event handler
has been associated with that application, you can define a default
CCXML and VoiceXML event handler, along with a default event handler
prompt.
Procedure
Log on to the EPM web interface by using an account
with the Administration user role.
On the EPM main menu, click System Configuration > EPM Servers and click Event Handlers.
To specify the default
VoiceXML event handler:
Go to the VXML tab.
In the Default column, click the Default link associated
with the VoiceXML handler you want to use as the default.
To specify the default
CCXML event handler:
Go to the CCXML tab.
In the Default column, click the Default link associated
with the CCXML handler you want to use as the default.
