Active Calls page field descriptions

Use this page to view information about the calls active on the system at the time the page was accessed.

Column Description
Channel The channel on which the call was being handled.
Switch The Communication Manager PBX switch and IP address that was handling the call.
Protocol The protocol being used to transport the call data. This can be:
  • H.323

  • SIP

Application The name of the application that was handling the call.

This is the name of the application as it is configured on the EPM.

Call Displays:
  • State: The state of the call at the time this page was accessed. Possible values are:

    • Unknown

    • No call

    • Trying call

    • Alerting

    • Proceeding

    • Connected

  • Station State: The state of the station at the time this page was accessed. Possible values are:

    • Unknown

    • Idle

    • In-Service

    • Out-of-Service Manually

    • Out-of-Service Fault

  • Type: Whether this call was inbound or outbound. Possible values are:

    • Unknown

    • InBound

    • Outbound

  • ID: The unique call identifier for the call. The call ID is an internal system identifier for the call that can be useful in tracking the progress of a call through the system, especially when diagnosing and troubleshooting system problems.

URI Displays:
  • Calling: The URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) that the call came from, if available. This is the same as the ANI for the call.

  • Called: The URI of a placed call, if available. This is the same as the DNIS for the call.

Connect Time The amount of time for which a call is connected.
Session ID The ID for the session during which this call was handled.
Resources Displays:
  • ASR: The name of the ASR server being used, if any.

  • TTS: The name of the TTS server being used, if any.
