Speech Servers page field descriptions

Use this page to view details about speech server usage on the MPP.

Column	Description
Name	The name of the server.
Type	The options are: ASR: The server is a Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) server. TTS: The server is a Text-to-Speech (TTS) server.
Enabled	The options are: Yes: The server is available to handle calls. No: The server is not currently available.
Values	Displays: H (Simultaneous): Number of ASR/TTS Licensed resources/ports that can be simultaneously used by the MPP in relation to the particular speech server. M (Total): Total number of SIP/H323 resources/ports that are configured for the MPP server in relation to the particular speech server.
Ports	Displays: Active: The number of active ports. Reserve: The number of ports that are not currently active but that could be used if needed.
Errors	Displays: Timeout: The number or timeout errors encountered. Setup: The number of set up failures encountered. Application: The number of application errors encountered.
Latency	Displays: Average: The average length of time for processing. Maximum: The maximum length of time for processing. Minimum: The minimum length of time for processing.
