Problem description
{0}: Name of the application.
{1}: Name of the variable representing the prompt.
{2}: SQL error from Postgres or an error specifying that the prompt name is too big.
Error occurred while updating a prompt in the configurable application variable database. Either an occurred SQL query or the prompt name was too big.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- If the error occurred
because of an SQL query, verify that:
Postgres is running
Enough disc space is available
If enough disc space is available and Postgres is running, then contact Avaya support.
- If the error occurred because of a long prompt name, decrease the size of the prompt name.
