Problem description

{0}: Name of the application.

{1}: Name of the variable representing the prompt.

{2}: SQL error from Postgres, or an error specifying that the prompt name is too big.

Error occurred while retrieving a prompt from the configurable application variable database.

Procedure

  1. Verify that:

    • Postgres is running

    • Enough disc space is available

  2. If enough disc space is available and Postgres is running, then contact Avaya support.
