Problem description

The application interface web service failed to initialize. While in this condition, the web service does not allow customer applications to request outcalls using launchVXML or to launch CCXML applications using launchCCXML web service methods.

Procedure

  1. Verify that Tomcat is running properly.
  2. Verify that the database is running properly.
  3. Verify that the property file AppIntfWS.properties exists in the directory $CATALINA_HOME/webapps/axis/WEB-INF/classes/ on the EPM.
