Problem description

{0} - Session ID.

Avaya Experience Portal was unable to determine the name of the Media Server when the web service method SendCCXMLEvent was received.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Verify that the customer application sends the same session ID with the SendCCXMLEvent request that the customer application received when responding to the LaunchCCXML request.
  2. Verify that the Media Server is properly configured either in the DNS or in the /etc/hosts file on the EPM.
