Problem description
{0} - Session ID.
Avaya Experience Portal was unable to determine the name of the Media Server when the web service method SendCCXMLEvent was received.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Verify that the customer application sends the same session ID with the SendCCXMLEvent request that the customer application received when responding to the LaunchCCXML request.
- Verify that the Media Server is properly configured either in the DNS or in the /etc/hosts file on the EPM.
