Problem description

{0} - The name of the Media Server.

{1} - The name of the application.

The application name pararmeter that was sent to the LaunchVXML or LaunchCCXML request did not match the name of a configured Avaya Experience Portal application.

Procedure

  1. From the EPM, go to the Applications page.
  2. Verify that the application name that is specified in the LaunchVXML or LaunchCCXML request is properly configured.
