Problem description
{0} - The name of the Media Server.
{1} - The name of the application.
The application name pararmeter that was sent to the LaunchVXML or LaunchCCXML request did not match the name of a configured Avaya Experience Portal application.

Procedure
- From the EPM, go to the Applications page.
- Verify that the application name that is specified in the LaunchVXML or LaunchCCXML request is properly configured.
