Problem description
{0} - The name of the Media Server.
{1} - The session ID.
The session ID that was generated with the SendCCXML request could not be mapped to a valid Media Server.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Verify that the customer application sends the same session ID with the SendCCXMLEvent request that it received when responding to the LaunchCCXML request.
- Verify that the Media Server is properly configured either in the DNS or in the /etc/hosts file on the EPM.
