Problem description

{0} - The number of times the thread has been woken up before it was complete.

The thread which manages the web service requests from the Application Interface web service to the Outcall web service on the Media Server’s was interrupted while it was waiting for the request to the Media Server to be serviced.

Since the thread was not complete the wait is extended in order for the request to complete.
