Problem description
The Application interface web service could not locate Outcall resources to process the LaunchVXML or LaunchCCXML request.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Use the QueryResources request to determine when resources can become available.
- Wait for resources to become available to the customer application, and then try the request again.
