Problem description

{0} - The name of the Multimedia Server

{1} - The name of the application.

The application name parameter that is sent to the LaunchEmail, SendEmail, LaunchSMS or SendSMS request does not match the name of a configured Avaya Experience Portalapplication.

Procedure

  1. From the EPM, go to the Applications page.
  2. Verify that the application name that is specified in the LaunchEmail, SendEmail, LaunchSMS, or SendSMS request is properly configured.
