Problem description
{0} - The name of the Multimedia Server
{1} - The name of the application.
The application name parameter that is sent to the LaunchEmail, SendEmail, LaunchSMS or SendSMS request does not match the name of a configured Avaya Experience Portalapplication.

Procedure
- From the EPM, go to the Applications page.
- Verify that the application name that is specified in the LaunchEmail, SendEmail, LaunchSMS, or SendSMS request is properly configured.
