Avaya Experience Portal failed to communicate with the MMS web service on the Multimedia Server that is specified in the event message.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the EPM.
  2. From the left pane, select System Monitor.
  3. Verify that the Multimedia Server specified in the message is in the Running state.
