Problem description

An ASR server could not be found to satisfy the needs of the requesting application.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Check the ASR server configurations to ensure that they are valid.
  2. Ensure that the language being requested by the application and the language configured for the ASR servers on the EPM are in sync.
  3. Verify that the ASR server is running, that it has the correct language installed, and that the language is functioning properly.
  4. Restart the Media Server.
