Problem description
An ASR server could not be found to satisfy the needs of the requesting application.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Check the ASR server configurations to ensure that they are valid.
- Ensure that the language being requested by the application and the language configured for the ASR servers on the EPM are in sync.
- Verify that the ASR server is running, that it has the correct language installed, and that the language is functioning properly.
- Restart the Media Server.
