Problem description

The Avaya Experience Portal system could not locate an ASR port.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. On the EPM, verify that the ASR server configurations are correct.
  2. Verify that the ASR server is running properly and that the number of licenses has not been exceeded.
  3. Restart the Media Server.
