Problem description
The Avaya Experience Portal system could not locate an ASR port.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- On the EPM, verify that the ASR server configurations are correct.
- Verify that the ASR server is running properly and that the number of licenses has not been exceeded.
- Restart the Media Server.
