The ASR server could not be initialized due to invalid configuration parameters.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- On the EPM, verify that the ASR server configurations are correct.
- Verify that the ASR server is running properly.
- Verify that the network connection between the ASR server
and the Media Server is established.:
- On the Media Server, verify that you can ping the ASR server from the Media Server.
- On the ASR server, verify that you can ping the Media Resource Control Protocol (MRCP) Network Address that was configured for the Media Server on the EPM.
- Restart the Media Server.
