The ASR server could not be initialized due to invalid configuration parameters.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. On the EPM, verify that the ASR server configurations are correct.
  2. Verify that the ASR server is running properly.
  3. Verify that the network connection between the ASR server and the Media Server is established.:
    1. On the Media Server, verify that you can ping the ASR server from the Media Server.
    2. On the ASR server, verify that you can ping the Media Resource Control Protocol (MRCP) Network Address that was configured for the Media Server on the EPM.
  4. Restart the Media Server.
