Problem description

{0} - The name of the parameter.

{1} - Provides information for the conversion.

{2} - Provides information for the error message.

An error occurred when trying to process configuration parameters.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Call into the Avaya Experience Portal system to ensure that the system is functioning properly.
  2. If this event persists or if it is accompanied by other problems that occur on the Media Server, restart the Media Server.
  3. On the EPM, verify that the ASR server configurations are correct.
  4. Verify that the ASR server is running properly.
  5. Verify that the network connection between the ASR server and the Media Server is established.
    1. On the Media Server, verify that you can connect to the ASR server from the Media Server.
    2. On the ASR server, verify that you can ping the MRCP Network Address that was configured for the Media Server on the EPM.
