Problem description
{0} - The name of the parameter.
{1} - Provides information for the conversion.
{2} - Provides information for the error message.
An error occurred when trying to process configuration parameters.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Call into the Avaya Experience Portal system to ensure that the system is functioning properly.
- If this event persists or if it is accompanied by other problems that occur on the Media Server, restart the Media Server.
- On the EPM, verify that the ASR server configurations are correct.
- Verify that the ASR server is running properly.
- Verify that the network connection between the ASR server
and the Media Server is established.
- On the Media Server, verify that you can connect to the ASR server from the Media Server.
- On the ASR server, verify that you can ping the MRCP Network Address that was configured for the Media Server on the EPM.
