Problem description

{0} - The name of the ASR server.

{1} - The number of the consecutive errors.

This event occurs when the ASR server encountered a certain number of consecutive errors. These events can impact the performance of the Media Server and should be resolved as soon as possible.

Note:

ASR errors are aggregated on the Media Server. When viewing the ASR errors on the EPM, you might only see one error for the past hour.

Procedure

  1. Review the $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process/SessMgr.log on the Media Server for a complete list of errors.
  2. Review the log files on the ASR server.
