Problem description

{0} - The error code that indicates why the connection failed.

The communication channel could not be established between vxmlmgr and SessionManager after the SessionManager unexpectedly dropped the communication channel to vxmlmgr.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Ensure that Session Manager is running properly. If not, restart the Media Server from the EPM.
  2. Ensure that the $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/config/mppconfig.xml file contains the correct paths to both executable files and that the process names for both executable files are correct.
