Problem description

The VoiceXML interpreter failed to initialize one or more cookies. The cookies might not be available on the disk or they might have been corrupted.

Procedure

  1. Check the environment settings on the Media Server and other related error messages in the log files.
  2. If the problem persists, contact Avaya Technical Support.
