Event name

PAVB_01085

Event text

Cleanup: starting, bytes in cache={0}, allocation={1}

Event level

Warning event. No alarm is generated.

Trigger component

Media Server vxmlmgr process

Problem description

{0} The number of bytes in current cache

{1} The cache Total Size configured in EPM.

This is a warning message indicating that VoiceXML interpreter is going to clean up the cache since the size of current cache is over the configured Total Size. Cached files are removed until the cache size hits the Low Water mark configured for the cache.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

Increase the configured Total Size so the cache can store all the files such as VXML, WAV, grammar, and script files that are required for the daily operation of the system.
noteNote:

The purpose of this warning message is to provide a way to monitor the cache cleanup activity, so an appropriate cache Total Size can be configured to maximize the cache performance. If this message shows up frequently during normal system usage, the cache Total Size is configured too low. The situation can cause unnecessary traffic to application server during the cache rebuild.
