Problem description

The recording result contained a recognition result without a reference to an active grammar. If the recording was terminated by a user utterance or DTMF key press, the recording result must contain a recognition result with a reference to an active grammar.

Procedure

  1. Check related error messages in the log files.
  2. If you cannot resolve the issue from the information in the error messages, contact Avaya Technical Support.
