Problem description

The execution of the VoiceXML <record>element received an invalid recording duration from the Media Server platform due to one or all of the following reasons:

• The recording was too long.

  	Note:
  	The recording duration is limited by the resources such as disk space. The recording time can be unlimited if disk space allows.

• The platform did not record an utterance from the user.
