Problem description

The recognition result from the Media Server platform contained confidence type that was not a float. This could be caused by the Media Server platform implementation error.

  1. Check related error messages in the log files.
  2. If you cannot resolve the issue from the information in the error messages, contact Avaya Technical Support.
