Problem description

The Media Server platform could not provide a TTS resource to the browser for the current channel due to one or all of the following reasons:

  • There was a connection error between the Media Server platform and the TTS engine.

  • There was not enough TTS licenses available on the TTS server.

Procedure

  1. Check related error messages in the log files.
  2. If you cannot resolve the issue from the information in the error messages, contact Avaya Technical Support.
