Failed to update and save backup server configuration to the Database.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Review failed messages in the log report.
- Check if the Postgres service is running and verify the EP DB contains backup related table.
- If you cannot resolve the issue from the information in the error messages, contact Avaya Technical Support.
