Procedure

  1. Review failed messages in the log report or on the Verify Backup Server popup dialog.
  2. Review the settings on Backup Server page and ensure the entered info is correct.
  3. Verify the backup server is reachable and the backup folder was configured with r/w permission.
  4. If you cannot resolve the issue from the information in the error messages, contact Avaya Technical Support.
