Procedure

  1. Review failed messages in the log report.
  2. Verify if VoicePortal DB exists. If yes, then verify the tables of vpBackupParms and vpBackupProps exist.
  3. If you cannot resolve the issue from the information in the error messages, contact Avaya Technical Support.
