Procedure
- Review failed messages in the log report to identify the cause.
- Verify the backup server can be mounted successfully. if yes, perform back up operation.
- If back up operation is still failed, try to restart EPM.
- If you cannot resolve the issue from the information in the error messages, contact Avaya Technical Support.
