Procedure

  1. Review failed messages in the log report to identify the cause.
  2. Verify the backup server can be mounted successfully. if yes, perform back up operation.
  3. If back up operation is still failed, try to restart EPM.
  4. If you cannot resolve the issue from the information in the error messages, contact Avaya Technical Support.
