Proposed Solution
About this task
During the scheduled time, use the EPM Log Viewer to monitor the Reporting category log entries to determine if the problem is reoccurring. Often other related errors will be logged during that time which may indicate the root cause, such as a network issue or database server issue.
If the message contains a database specific error code, consult the documentation provided by your database vendor.
If other system wide errors do not indicate the root cause, export the Reporting category log entries by using the EPM Log Viewer.
