{1} - The short code or long code of the SMS connection.

{2} - The phone number to lookup whether it is mobile or not.

{3} - The exception message.

The Experience Portal Carrier Service has caught an exception when trying to call the Carrier Lookup service.

Procedure

  1. Verify that the configuration of the SMS connection with the short code or long code is valid on the SMS connections page.
  2. Verify that the phone number is a valid phone number.
  3. If you cannot resolve the issue from the information in the error messages, contact Avaya Technical Support.
