Problem description
{0} - The Carrier lookup URI.
{1} - The short code or long code of the SMS connection.
{2} - The phone number to lookup whether it is mobile or not.
{3} - The exception message.
The Experience Portal Carrier Service has caught an exception when trying to call the Carrier Lookup service.

Procedure
- Verify that the configuration of the SMS connection with the short code or long code is valid on the SMS connections page.
- Verify that the phone number is a valid phone number.
- If you cannot resolve the issue from the information in the error messages, contact Avaya Technical Support.
