The CCXML interpreter could not send a Ready message to the SessionManager after it has successfully established the interprocess communication connection.

Procedure

Verify that the SessionManager status is Running by using one of the following methods:
- Go to the Media Server Service Menu.
- Type the command stat.php on the Media Server.
Stop and restart the Media Server from the EPM.
