The CCXML interpreter could not send a Ready message to the SessionManager after it has successfully established the interprocess communication connection.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Verify that the SessionManager status is Running by using one of the following methods:

    • Go to the Media Server Service Menu.

    • Type the command stat.php on the Media Server.

  2. Stop and restart the Media Server from the EPM.
