Problem description

{0} - Session number.

{1} - Message type.

A message was received for a session that does not exist. This problem could have been caused by the following reasons:

  • Incoming messages still in queue when a session was terminating.

  • The SessionManager was unaware of a session because the Avaya Experience Portal system crashed.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Review the log report to identify when this event happened during a session.

    If the warning event occurred at the end of a session, the problem could be benign.

  2. If the warning event occurred during a session, stop and restart the Media Server from the EPM.
  3. If the problem persists, locate the file $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/Web/default.ccxml to ensure that it has not been modified or replaced.
