Problem description

{0} - Maximum number of attempts to establish the interprocess communication connection.

The CCXML process could not establish an interprocess communication connection with the SessionManager after the maximum allowed retries indicated in the error event.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Stop and restart the Media Server from the EPM.
  2. If restarting the Media Server does not resolve the problem, reboot the Media Server.
