About this task

Verify the following:

  • The URI has the correct format.

  • The application server is running properly and is connected to the Media Server.

For applications provided by customers, do the following:

Procedure

  1. From the EPM, go to Applications, and then click Verify to ensure that the application server is responding.
  2. From the Media Server Service Menu, go to Diagnostics to verify that the Media Server can ping the application server.
