About this task
Verify the following:
The URI has the correct format.
The application server is running properly and is connected to the Media Server.
For applications provided by customers, do the following:
Procedure
- From the EPM, go to Applications, and then click Verify to ensure that the application server is responding.
- From the Media Server Service Menu, go to Diagnostics to verify that the Media Server can ping the application server.
