Problem description
The trace level is invalid. The Event Manager cannot generate trace messages. This event does not affect the proper functioning of the Event Manager or the Media Server.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Use the command xml.php to validate the parameter Media Server.trace.eventmgr is set to one of the following: off, fine, finer, or finest.
- Restart the Media Server
- Reboot the Media Server.
