Avaya Experience Portal could not sent the status of the Event Manager to the Media Server System Manager.

About this task
No action is required if you receive this event when the Media Server starts up because the communication between the Event Manager and the Media Server System Manager might not have been established yet.
Do the following if you receive this event when the Media Server is running:
Procedure
- Verify that the Media Server System Manager is running.
- Restart the Media Server.
- Reboot the Media Server.
