Problem description

A communication channel could not be established between the Event Manager and the Media Server process that was specified in the event message. The events generated by the specified process could not be sent to the EPM. The Event Manager cannot function properly.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Verify that the Media Server is running.
  2. Restart the Media Server.
  3. Reboot the Media Server.
