Problem description

{0} – The date when the grace period ended.

{1} – The time when the grace period ended.

{2} – The licensed product name.

The EPM licensing thread could not communicate with the license server, and the license grace period has been exceeded. For subsequent failures, Information event PLICE00007 is generated until the licensing thread can communicate with the license server.

Procedure

Verify that the product license is still available on the license server:

if the license server is installed on a separate server, verify that the license server is running properly.
if the license server is installed on a separate server, verify that network connection between Avaya Experience Portal and the license server has been established.
