Problem description

{0} - Error message.

The Media Server could not sent the log message to the logging Web service on the EPM. The Media Server logged this error event in the log files. This event was not sent to the EPM.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

Verify that the Media Server daemon is running on the Media Server.
Verify that the logging Web service is functioning properly on the EPM.
Validate the following parameters on the Media Server by using the command xml.php:
- Media Server.log.netaddress (IP address of the EPM)
- Media Server.log.logserviceport (The default is 8080)
- Media Server.log.servicename (NetworkLogServer)
Verify that you can ping the EPM from the Media Server.
Restart the Media Server.
Restart the EPM.
