Problem description
{0} - The event code.
{1} - The returned error code.
The event could not be sent to the Event Manager. The Event Manager might not be running. The event is not sent to the EPM. This event is logged in one of the Media Server process log files.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
- Verify that the Media Server Event Manager is running.
- Use the stat.php command to view status.
- Review the process log in the $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process/EventMgr directory.
- Reboot the Media Server.
