Problem description

{0} - The event code.

{1} - The returned error code.

The Media Server could not sent the event to the EPM. This event is logged in one of the Event Manager log files.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

Verify that the logging web service is functioning properly on the EPM.
Validate the following parameters on the Media Server by using the xml.php command:
Media Server.log.netaddress (IP address of the EPM)
Media Server.log.logserviceport (The default is 80.)
Media Server.log.servicename (NetworkLogServer)
Verify that you can ping the EPM from the Media Server.
Restart the Media Server.
Reboot the Media Server.
Restart the EPM.
