Event name: PLOG_00004
Event text: Cannot add the event to the event sender thread’s queue because the queue is full. The event will not be sent to the log server.
Event level: Warning event. No alarm is generated.
Trigger component: Event manager

Problem description

The Event Manager queue that contains events to be sent to the EPM is full. This is typically a result of too many events were sent to the EPM or the logging web service on the EPM is having problems. This event is logged in one of the Event Manager log files. This event is not sent to the EPM.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

On the EPM, verify that the Event Level Threshold to Send to EPM field on the Media Server Settings page is set to Error.
Do not use Info or Warning on a production system or on a system that is running a heavy call load.
Review and resolve the cause for the Error events that were being reported on the Media Server.
Verify that the logging web service is functioning properly on the EPM.
Validate the following parameters on the Media Server by using the xml.php command:
Media Server.log.netaddress (IP address of the EPM)
Media Server.log.logserviceport (The default is 80.)
Media Server.log.servicename (NetworkLogServer)
Verify that you can ping the EPM from the Media Server.
Restart the Media Server.
Reboot the Media Server.
Restart the EPM.
