Cannot add the log message to the sender thread’s queue because the queue is full. The message will not be sent to the file.

Warning event. No alarm is generated.

Problem description

The queue that contains log messages to be sent to the log file is full. This is typically a result of too many log messages being generated. This event is logged in one of the process log files. This event is not sent to the EPM.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Set the trace level for Media Server subsystems to Off if you are not troubleshooting.
  2. Restart the Media Server.
  3. Reboot the Media Server.
