About this task
If this event is followed by PMRCP00009, then Avaya Experience Portal should be operating properly. Otherwise, follow the steps below to correct the problem:
Procedure
- Verify that the ASR or TTS server is running properly.
- Verify that you can ping the ASR or TTS server from the Media Server.
- Verify that you can ping the Media Server MRCP Network Address that was configured on the EPM from the ASR or TTS server.
- Restart the Media Server.
