Problem description

The system could not send the Start command, and the Media Server ignored the Start command

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Verify that the Media Server is communicating properly with the EPM.
  2. Restart the Media Server.
  3. Execute the Start command again.
  4. If the problem persists, restart the EPM.
  5. Execute the Start command again.
