The Media Server ignored the Stop command.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Verify that the Media Server is communicating properly with the EPM.
  2. Manually reboot the Media Server.
  3. Execute the Stop command again.
  4. If the problem persists, restart the EPM.
  5. Execute the Stop command again.
